Salmon Terriyaki
1 salmon filet
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 Tablespoons smooth Dijon mustard
1/2 cup sesame terriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 scallion, sliced
1. Wash salmon fillet and arrange on a baking sheet.
2. Pour lemon juice over fish.
3. Spread mustard over fish.
4. Pour terriyaki sauce and sesame seeds over the fish.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C for 20 – 30 minutes until golden.
6. Sprinkle sliced scallion over fish before serving.
