Stuffed Chicken
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup celery
1/2 cup croutons
1 cup diced apples
1/2 cup water
1 egg beaten
1 tspn salt
1/4 tspn. pepper
1/3 cup golden raisins
1. Mix stuffing ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Fill the cavity of a whole chicken with stuffing.
2. Make a paste of 1Tbspn paprika, 1 Tbspn garlic powder, 1/2 tspn salt and 2 Tbspns olive oil.
Rub the paste over the outside of the chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 F/ 180 C for 1 hour.
Bake for an additional 1/2 covered with tin foil.
