Candied Carrots and Pineapple1 pack frozen baby carrots
1 can pineapple chunks (with the juice)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup water

1. Pour all ingredients into a saucepan.
2. Cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.

Serves 8 as a side dish.
