Sweet peas in tomato onion sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 onions chopped
1 package frozen peas
1 jar (26 ounces) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cardomon (optional)
1. Saute the onion in the olive oil until browned.
2. Add the frozen peas.
3. Add the tomato sauce and spices.
4. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serves 6 as a side dish.
